Passport & Palette is a trademark of Brush with Life, Inc., Brush with Life, Inc., product and service providers and suppliers, partners, and their agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond their control, including without limitation any act of negligence or breach of contract by any third party  (such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, restaurants, ground handlers, etc), sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, war, quarantine, or delays resulting from invalid passports, visas, or other travel document requirements.

Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of the full payment of the seminar fee, workshop tuition and/or payment due (per person); which is some cases are transferable & refundable until 60 days before the start of the seminar/conference. Brush with life, Inc. reserves the right to alter the seminar / conference itinerary or arrangements as necessary or advisable to best serve the attending participants.

If a scheduled Passport & Palette featured Artist(s) becomes unable to participate in the artist seminar / conference, a different Artist(s) may be substituted or the seminar may be rescheduled. Brush with Life, Inc. their partners and their agents, may exclude any seminar/conference participant from the seminar at any time. All amounts are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified. Travel insurance is recommended. 

Enrollment and payment of the associated tuition and fee for the artist seminars, workshops, travel opportunities and/or events, constitute the agreement with the aforementioned terms and conditions.
